GolfCourseIQ — Terms of Service

GolfCourseIQ is owned and operated by Three Bridges Learning LLC (“GolfCourseIQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

GolfCourseIQ provides golf course scenarios and general strategy guidance to help users better understand decision-making on the golf course.

By accessing or using GolfCourseIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.

GolfCourseIQ provides general golf strategy guidance based on simulated and real-course scenarios.

This guidance is for informational and educational purposes only and does not guarantee outcomes, performance improvements, or scoring results.

GolfCourseIQ does not provide personalized instruction, swing coaching, or professional golf instruction.

All decisions made on or off the golf course are your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GolfCourseIQ, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Free Access

Users may complete up to 5 total free scenarios at no cost.

Completed free scenarios may be replayed at any time.

Paid Access

GolfCourseIQ offers Pro subscription access for:

• $15 per month
• $99 per year

Pro subscriptions include:

• 7 new scenarios released each week
• Access to available Pro scenarios during an active subscription
• Ability to replay previously completed scenarios
• Access to platform features available under the active Pro plan

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You may cancel at any time
• Access continues through the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued unless required by law

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

GolfCourseIQ does not store full payment card information.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its systems
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to extract content or data
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access proprietary platform logic

All content, including scenarios, visuals, text, scoring systems, branding, and platform design, is the property of GolfCourseIQ and Three Bridges Learning LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

GolfCourseIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GolfCourseIQ is not responsible for any outcomes, performance results, or decisions made on or off the golf course.

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, Three Bridges Learning LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Use of GolfCourseIQ is at your own risk.

GolfCourseIQ may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or functionality at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GolfCourseIQ shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
